Is there a service that you have integrated with WooCommerce and think should be listed here?

We are not aiming to list every service here that Zapier integrates with, just those where users have experience with their own integrations that they want to share.

    Just purchased your plugin.

Any chance that you guys will add Woocommerce Subscription suppport? When someone cancels or does not successfully renew a monthly subscription, I’d like to get a message.

      Hi Scott,

Integration with the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension is on our development roadmap.

I’ve added your vote for this feature.

      Thanks for stopping by.

Great extension – would love to see it also work with the popular Product Add-ons extension as currently these options are not exported. Any chance? Thanks, Paul.

Thanks Paul, we are assessing a number of potential upgrades.

Hi Scott, just confirming that WooCommerce Subscriptions support has now been added to the WooCommerce Zapier extension.

    Please see https://woocommerce.com/2016/07/automate-subscriptions-site/ for details.

    James,

I’ve got the integrations partially working. WooCommerce -> QuickBooks seems to have some limitations. I can’t seem to create a Paid Invoice which is required to automate creating a shipping label through ShipStation. I was able to create an Open Invoice. This seems like it would be common process for ecommerce site automation.

    Can you provide guidance?

I have other triggers setup as well and they are working.

    Thanks,
    Erik

Hi Erik, thanks for stopping by!

We don’t have access to a Quickbooks account to test this out unfortunately.

Looking at https://zapier.com/help/quickbooks/, it looks like Zapier doesn’t support adding a payment to an invoice when creating it.

I’d suggest that you contact Zapier Support, as they are best equipped to help with Zap configurations etc.

      Good luck!

    Hey guys

Can we expect WooCommerce Memberships integration any time soon? Subscriptions is all good, too, but some additional things happen at Membership plan levels, that need actions triggered. Your thoughts?

    • James on December 15, 2016 at 7:36 am

      Hi Leho,

We don’t currently have WooCommerce Memberships integration on our roadmap at this stage.

If you’d like to see it, I suggest posting the idea on the WooCommerce Ideas website so that people can vote for it.

We add new features based on customer demand, so if people vote for the idea then we would more than likely add it to the plugin.

Great plugin that opens up a lot of possibilities. One thing we are looking for is support for the Order Barcodes and Bookings plugins.

Setting up a mail parser and scraping the barcode adds another step and it would be awesome to have it sent directly to Zapier.

Bookings may be a bigger challenge, but it would add incredible functionality.

Is there anything on the roadmap for allowing WooCommerce actions via Zapier, e.g. creating an order?

    • Glenn on July 12, 2018 at 8:53 pm

      Hi Donald,
Definitely, actions are on our roadmap. Our main thinking is around products. Very interested to know more about how you would propose to use actions that create new orders.
      Thanks,
      OM4.

    Glenn,

We treat our WooCommerce store as our “main” sales hub, even for sales that happen elsewhere. For example, we currently hand-enter Amazon sales into Woocommerce for tracking purposes.

For us, the intended use would be a Zapier connection that would be triggered by an Amazon sale that would automatically transfer that information into a WooCommerce sale. Amazon isn’t the only potential source, just a tangible example.

I can think of other potential uses for Zapier-based order entry as well.

I think order generation as an action is important because that’s the thing that happens over and over in ecommerce stores and where automation can help. I have to imagine there are a huge number of stores like ours where product offering is quite stagnant.

    Thanks for the consideration!

    Don

Would you guys ever consider making logging of the plugin’s activities in the order notes optional (able to turn off)?

We have several Zaps that fire for each status change. This is super useful for our business processes, but it makes the order notes virtually unusable, as they’re dominated by Zapier plugin notes. I’d love the ability to uncheck a box or something to disable them.

    Thanks!

    • James on August 29, 2018 at 7:28 am

      Hi Donald,

The reason we add those notes to each order (and subscription) is to help the user understand when and why data has been sent to Zapier.

It also helps us identify the cause of issues or problems when customers report a problem to us.

We don’t currently have a way of disabling those notes.

Having said that, the notes are actually WordPress comments behind the scenes, so you could try a small piece of custom code like this:

      https://stackoverflow.com/questions/36987834/how-to-disable-or-remove-stock-notes-from-showing-in-woocommerce-order-edit-scre

To automatically delete notes that contain a “Order sent to Zapier” phrase in them.

      I hope this helps!

Does this work on a product by product basis? I want to have each product send to a different zap, the way the Gravity Forms Zapier plugin works…

    Hey guys

Just wondering if you are planning to integrate actions for WooCommerce? It would be nice to have an “Create order” action.
We are using WooCommerce with wcPOS as our main sales hub. We manage our rentals with Booqable. Booqable has a trigger at payment, if we would have a WC create order action now, we would have the possibility to create an order in WooCommerce. So we would have all orders POS, online, rental in WooCommerce.

    Thanks a lot,
    David

    Hi guys,

The most recent update seems to have introduced an odd validation error:
